During our filming, we got to see Chef Matt in action. He prepared a delicata bisque with cream fresh, then a sous vide hanger steak with braised greens, roasted fingerling potatoes and creamed leeks. And then for dessert he created a cardamom pavlova with lemon curd and Chantilly.
